What We Do
Service Delivery Improvement Programme
The Organizational Review and Reclassification (ORR) project involves a comprehensive analysis of Ministries and Departments in the Public Service of the Government of Dominica in terms of their structure, systems, and staffing for a job evaluation and review of salaries and compensation. The project is being implemented in six (6) phases and will provide an analytical framework with recommendations for reforming the Public Service to make it fit-for-purpose with the aspirations of sustainable climate resilience in the context of Dominica’s Resilience Development Framework.
